    Actually, it might be a Buff Orpington, it very well could be a brahma, but it looks like a BO to me.

    Yes that is a good possibility, I have Welsummers myself and they indeed look a whole lot like brown or partridge leghorns. And I forgot to say, yes do check the earlobes. Generally a white earlobe = white egg, and a red earlobe = brown egg, with the exception of a Penedesencas or EEs.

    Yes, they all should be brown egg layers. Maybe (if you can) send a few photos of your chickens. My guess would be one of the sex links.
