Id still make a segregation pen and see how they do. When I integrated older birds, nothing happened. Everyone got along. Your 4 yr old could still get aggressive and territorial. Watch them segregated and then take a full day watching them all together.

Right now I have tylan 50 on hand. I found that on Amazon. It worked amazingly with my hen. The vaccines are way too expensive for free range chickens. At any time they could get attacked by a fox, coyote, hawk, etc. I just want to be prepared before I let them out permanently.

Its either vaccinate them or letting them get sick. Their mother has had it last spring. There's no way in the world I am culling her. They will all be mine to keep as pets only.
