I would leave them as well. If your thermometer is off a bit they could take longer to hatch. The chick absorbs the rest of the yolk before it hatches so it can survive several days after hatching without food.

Oh my god they are so cute. We had 24 chicks in the basement last spring for about 6 weeks and we did fine. Just vaccuumed the dust and I did have a fan in the window and that helped quite a bit. Have fun with them.
