Cockerel or Pullet

Is this little one a cockerel or pullet? Thanks for any wisdom you can send my way. Hatched June 21!

7 weeks. Thought was cockerel at first but now I am not sure.

One of my hens disappeared, thought a predator got her. She shows up after 4 days eats drinks and gone again. Did this a few times, I knew what she was up to. Did not think she would pull it off with all the predator's in our area. The other day she came home. She was not alone this time.

1 year old olive egger, I noticed her hobbling yesterday. I separated her and put her in a large dog kennel with food and water. She does eat and drink and laid a egg as well. A day later and she can't really walk. I did give her 1/2 baby aspirin. Thinking maybe back injury? Not looking good...

Momma was either Cream Legbar or Cream Legbar x Olive Egger. Roo was either Black Copper Marans or Olive Egger. Please tell me this is a female. This is the only one out of 6 that has these traits. All the others are Marans looking.
