The ones 10cm off the ground were the pre-fab ones. They seemed too low as well. I installed two tree limbs as roosts, approximately 5cm in diameter, and placed them about 30cm off the floor of the coop.

We got them from the same breeder as week old chicks (two Orpingtons and two New Hampshires). The little one was developing the exact same and then wasn’t. They’ve had access to the same feeds at the same time and I’ve never seen the little one get bullied.

This little one was a runt and has been developing much slower than the others. Currently 14 weeks old. Are any of you confident to make a call on the gender of this one?

I have a runt Buff Orpington, 14 weeks, who dropped I'd say around 30mL of water this morning as some kind of non-poopy diarrhoea. It was a very noticeable amount of liquid. I inspected it for anything unusual but couldn't find anything.
