Hello! New to Delaware chickens but not to raising chickens, we however have only had pullets/older hens thus far; we believe this one is a young roo. Very tame, held since day 1, and still docile and easily handled as of today. A few days shy of 16 weeks old. It is MUCH larger than brooder...
We have 2 EEs, and after doing a bit more research, I think one might be a rooster. Any help would be appreciated, as were new to this chicken thing! Thanks!
Both are 17 weeks old, no combs, one has slightly longer tail feathers, but isn’t aggressive at all. Here’s some pics I grabbed a bit ago...
16 weeks old. Not aggressive in the least, it just has larger waddles and comb than the others. Here’s a few pics. One is next to one of our amberlinks for size comparison Curious if we’ve got a Roo on our hands? Thanks
we have 7 chicks that are 7 weeks old. We live in Minnesota, where it’s FINALLY 50s-low 60s during the day, but nighttime can get to as low as 30. when are they able to be moved out? I’m pretty sure they’re all feathered. Thanks!
We have a 2 three week old barred rocks. I am curious if they’re both females like we were told. They have different markings, are we able to tell st this age? The first two photos are the same chick and the second two are the same. Thanks!
