I’ve seen these as well and thought about getting one, but I don’t want the ducks to climb in it. I prefer to use the taller buckets to keep them out of it.

It’s also my first winter with ducks and I live in Michigan.

I’m desperately trying to find some type of heated base that would be safe to use in the ducks outdoor run. This heated base would be used around straw. All the ones I’ve come across so far are for indoor use or have horrible reviews. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I don’t know if this makes a difference, but the duck house and run are going to be right up beside our house and outside our bedroom window. We also our dog that wonders the yard too.

Today my not so little babies has their first swim in their pool. They love it, and of course Jazzy the golden doodle helped supervise.
