I was asking on here if bug zappers work... well, I’m here to say.. they do! We have trillions of mosquitoes here in south Louisiana! And my hens and parakeets were swarmed by them every night... I put these up and they have brought the mosquito population down by about 85%....

Does anyone have experience with using a bug zapper in the coop for mosquitoes? We have them so badly that some of the gals are choosing to sleep in the run instead... if I stick my head in the roosting area I can hear them swarming around! There are so many it’s ridiculous!!
