does anyone know the gram weight for small medium large jumbo eggs? my hens are laying some that dont seem to be as heavy as the store bought ones smaller too (pullet-size eggs) so i am thinking they would be around a medium egg... just want to know so when i bake w/ them i can adjust the recipe...
