Bobwhite chick flailing around and can't keep balance
I had one chick hatch yesterday and everything thing seemed normal. It was wobbly on it's feet just like any other chick. However, this morning I noticed it was acting kind of strange. It shakes it's head and has a slight tremor in it's wings and can't stay on it's feet. It kind of flails... -

Chick unzipped with cap off but still sitting in the shell

Quail eggs pipping then dying?
I'm new to this forum and quail raising and have been incubating Snowflake bobwhite quail eggs with no success so far. I had several that weren't fertilized and others that died early on. The few that made it to lockdown pipped at the side of the egg and after 4 days ( just to be absolutely sure...
