I was just given 8 chicks about 2 or 3 weeks old.
The lady attempted to breed her own isa browns this was her 2nd hatch and she decided not to try again because they are "not breeding true"
I'm unsure what to call these
There are 2 that have a more typical isa brown coloring but larger combs...
It looks like it maybe a possibility of a ruptured air sack . Can happen from being stepped on by others. Put in a brooder alone with a stuffed animal it should heal
Was sold as a pullet the lady bought 100 barred rock pullets from a hatchery.. i think I have a roo.. i have gad horrible luck and have 3 roos already..
The one got attacked by his old flock and is still growing his head feathers back. And now theres 3 in the pen, i have 5 in the brooder but now km searching for a few older hens
So far all are very friendly, i 2 silkie roos and now this sultan, my sulta. Is my sweetest of all my chickens with me comes running when I call, so i really don't want to rehome him
hello! My sultan was hatcjed the first week of April, 2020 bought as a hen, but this.morning I heard a wanna be crow, figured it was ny 2nd silkie roo finally crowing but I find my sultan, I had a video but it won't let me load it, but I watched the noise come from it
I got her from a lady in my town that bought a bunch of chicks from a hatchery, Im not sure what hatchery but this was the only one of these she didn't pick it so she has not idea what it was , some one else on a fb page said blue Whyondott aswell and posted a few of hers they were similar 🤷♀️
