Yes. He’s still an only child so I put my broody hen in with him since her babies are now teenagers and won’t listen to her :) I love watching him snuggle under her
Maybe? I have my old WW scale... assuming that would work? Honestly haven’t weighed Mango. Guess I should so I have a reference to weigh against. Thank you for the great suggestion!
Drinking, haven’t seen him/ her eat yet - but picking at things. Mango was very lethargic for the first 5 hours, but now seems to be perked up. But maybe that’s because Toronto was winning for a moment?
Just a few :) we helped Mango out of the shell this morning ( day 35, > 30 hours since pipping with no progress), and then Mango needed some orthopedic booties for crooked toes (couldn’t walk). So Peachicks are an adventure! But so in love!!

How long ago did they Pip? Sometimes it can take up to 18-24 hours for them to hatch out. Can you hear them peeping? See any movement? If your humidity level is good in the incubator and it’s been less than a Day since they pipped I’d leave them alone for the time being
That was crazy intense. The Peachick started to Pip late Tuesday night. Was very patient all day yesterday as sometimes they just take their time. This morning it had been 30 hours with no progress so I oh so carefully did my first assist. I wasn’t sure if it was shrink-wrapped or what. Little...
