I am still hatching, 7 ducklings have hatched so far and several more are pipped. I will candle the rest of the eggs tomorrow to see what is going on.

I have candled all of my eggs and of the 41 duck eggs, 7 were clear and 34 looked good. Of the 6 chicken eggs that I was unsure of, they all look clear but I will give them a few more days. Hopefully at least 24 ducks will hatch because I have a guy that wants to buy them. I had to make sure I...

I just found this thread, I have 3 eggs due today. Of the 7 I started with, they all had lose air cells. 4 were clear when candled and tossed on day 10. The 3 that are left looked ok, I think, before lockdown. I really hope these 3 sizzle babies make it. No pips or movement yet.

My final count of eggs set is 41 ducks, and 6 mutt chickens.

That's not what I wanted to see. Today is day 5 on my duck eggs, I candled all 41 and only 1 had good veining. 5 or so had small veins and the rest looked clear. Hopefully it's too early and they will still develop. I know for my first small test hatch, I saw good veining on all 6 eggs at...
