    Chick’s eye

eBay? I never considered that! I assumed that if it wasn't for sale here then it wouldn't be allowed into the country. Also, postage from the US and import fees can often be more expensive then the products themselves. Thank you for that idea, though. I will look into the eBay option! I had...

    Mites in my Waterer

Fire. I am not joking - not completely anyway. I got sick of the mite invasion earlier this year and got my flame weeder and went to town in the coop. I was hesitant to use any stronger chemicals and they were EVERYWHERE! Crawling up my legs and all over the feeders and waterers too! However...

    Chick’s eye

Is the watery discharge thin like tears? Or is it a bit thicker and mucous-y? I have a chick in a similar situation. I think I read somewhere that chicks shouldn't be getting respiratory infections at such an early stage. I have no idea why they wouldn't, but I started with flushing my chick's...

Chickens exposed to raw human sewage from store in front of our home

I second this. I would get in touch with someone within the local government and ask to be directed towards or provided the policy or legislation that requires this outcome. Additionally, there may be other methods to remedy this situation. If you get an undesirable response I wouldn't stop...

Advice needed: exposed and torn crop

Not a problem! I am sorry I can't be more helpful. Its stressful when you don't know what to do and acting promptly can be vital. Have you tried a google search for birds in general who have exposed crops? I imagine that this is not an uncommon occurrence for our feathered friends.

Advice needed: exposed and torn crop

When I was a child I looked after a Peaceful Dove who burst open its crop when it flew into the wall. The Dove healed up despite the fact that I likely never considered things like infection or gluing the crop together. It is also possible I have forgotten that I actually did take some sort of...

Very urgent! Intestine or umbilical cord?

I am so happy to read that the chick didn't get culled! I am not sure about the other issues you had listed, but I imagine intestines are much larger than the string in your photo, the navel didn't look concerning and if she was assisted to hatch too early, the head swelling may just be the...

Is that bubble its crop? If it can drink (even if you just drip liquid onto its beak), give it an electrolyte solution (e.g., Gatorade or whatever is available where you are) immediately to give it some energy. I have read that other people use sugar water; you might be able to access this sooner.

What's the difference between Moringa oleifera vs Moringa pterygosperma? The text of your article mentions Moringa oleifera, but the photos of the tablet container specifies it contains Moringa pterygosperma.
