    Thanks guys! I think the only reason we thought hen was because he came with four other chicks and after 4weeks, you could tell they were ALL cocks, there was no question .. this one stayed kinda small and “dainty”.. the comb just popped up in the last few weeks

    We have an 8-10 week Cochin. Got her really early and she had been pretty beaten up by the mother. We have been thinking hen, but she sometimes displays posturing like a rooster. So… we are confused. Here are some pics so maybe someone can help with gender. Thank you all so much

    Hello! First post here.. I thought my hen had been molting... and maybe she has. I’ve seen the other hens casually pecking the feathers off, but today, I came home to this. Do I separate her? I know there’s an ointment.. will that keep the others away? I only have three hens in a 100 sq ft...
