I absolutely hate to admit this, and I feel so dumb, but I honestly still don’t understand what I’m looking. Like I can definitely see the tail feathers, but the pattern part throws me for a loop.

Oh really?!? I just thought they weren’t cuddly lol he loves cuddles so I’m like okay buddy… are you playin with my heart strings? Or am I wrong?! 😂

There really hasn’t been much difference in his comb and wattles in the past month. I took the below photos on May 8th. At least I feel like it hasn’t changed much but I’m not an expert.

We noticed it last month on May 8th. But no crowing, very gentile and loves cuddles… not hostile or aggressive with any of my other chickens… just not typical roo behavior so I’m completely confused haha

Okay! How long are chickens considered new layers? I’m a newbie

I have 20-22 week old chickens. I got them around March 14th and than the blue egg layer on March 26th.
