I am beginning to realize that this hen is not. He is about 5 months old and I live in St. Louis City. I can not have him start crowing or I will be in HUGE trouble. Please someone local take him off of my hands. He is very healthy!

I have looked in the coop section and have seen some really great coops but most of the ones that I find I can't find a good place on the internet to buy one. Does anyone know of a particularly good site? I am looking to house 5 chickens and have a run for the five of them.
This egg is from a Barred Rock that has been receiving extra vitamins and eggs. Are thse eggs edible? Any idea what the brown spots are? At first I thought that it was shell but it was not.
