There is one thing you can do if you have access to a vet who treats chickens, which is to have them stitch a sutre around the vent which may help to stop the vent from falling out.     It's soft. Peck wound does sound like a likely cause, she does tend to get bullied by the others and bears a few scabs from being pecked.     Chicken pet owner for about two-ish years- Currently have a silkie, welsummer, and two pekins (one frizzle, one smooth) and am raising faverolles chicks.
