    Who's a Lip Balm Junkie!

That's funny, Buff! I WISH the face cream cost $90.00!! The lip balm is pricey, but it's worth it (to me, anyway) since I don't have to keep reapplying it all day every day. It has a delicate peppermint flavor but not so strong as to be drying, like so many "medicated" lip balms. I also...

La Mer lip balm is my favorite - doesn't need constant reapplication!

Tell me the chicken coop is the only place you wear Crocs

This is so amazing - I thought I was the only one who wore $30.00 crocs in the coop! I love my crocs. I have the coop pair, another pair for the house, and a pair of the croc flip-flops as well. My podiatrist and everyone in her office wear crocs! They are, however, no good for outdoor/lawn...

    why wont they roost?

Same here, chickencity. I'm danged if I'm going to spend any more time out there at night putting them on roosts (I have high and low). About 10 have the idea, and the rest don't - I'm hoping for osmosis to kick in!

Pricing eggs for sale from home

I just learned that there are some chefs in my area willing to pay up to $6.00 a dozen for auracana eggs. Haven't confirmed it yet, but I know people who are getting $4.00 a doz. selling to their neighbors.

    Show us your clothes line

Being in Southern Nevada, I can use my generic umbrella Home depot clothesline at least 10 months out of the year. I wouldn't want the smoke smell, but the incredible sunshine plus wind -- my dearest wish is to convert the whole house to solar power.
