I recently found a partial coop at a thrift store (they didn't know what it was!! LOL)....there in a sticker on it that says: "US Dept of Agriculture ASCS-County Owned ASCS-4-C 03-03-87" Anyone have any clue what this means?? I was curious & googled it, but had no luck what-so-ever. Any info...

Newbie here from Bixby, OK....Just ordered 3 female Easter Eggers & i'm not so patiently awaiting their arrival! Any advice, tips, etc would be greatly appreciated since this is my first time being a chicken mama!
