How many of you have spoiled chickens? Every time I open my back door me chicken collect by their run door and wait for treats. If I walk right by them with no treats they squawk for a half hour till they get some treats😂😂

Hi, My grandfather tried that and the hens tried to all go into one coop. They would squeeze themselves into one coop, it was a mess. He just put up a fence to make two runs.

I had a very aggressive hen I put her in a large dog crate for two weeks it seemed to calm her down.

i took a small hamster ball(the kind that they go into and run around in it and it rolls on the floor) drilled holes just large enough for scratch to fall through. I fill the ball and place it in the run. The more they move the ball the more feed falls out of it. usually takes an hour or two...

This hen is very protective of the other hens, she will peck me if I try to pick up the other hens. She doesn't attack the other hens, she only attacks everything else,,,,,

I have one hen who likes to attack the cats, she only attacks the cat when it gets close to the fence. The cat went to close to the fence today and the hen took a patch of hair off the cats tail. It is halarious to watch HENS 1 Cats 0

2 of my hens won't go into the coop till after dark, like 11 or 12 at night. They stay out in the run and cackle like crazy:lol:. Anyone else have hens that do that?????

Two of my hens will peck at anything. They peck at your pants, shoestrings,boots, hands, heck my cat was laying next to the run they pecked through the fence and pecked her tail. If you walk by the run they follow you and try to peck you through the fence. It is funny as hell!!!

YES, they love em, I throw in one at a time and spread them out just to laugh at the way they scramble to get them..

I was told since they were farm animals(chickens) they are protected under some agricultural laws.

The vet said the best thing to do was put the cat down,, at least that is what is on the report I got....

I have had problems with this cat before, it tried to get in the ru n but couldn't.. it dug a whole under the fence to get at the hens. I thought the diggin was from a possum or coon but caught the cat diggin the night before it killed a hen. the last time it got half way in and two hens kept...

One of my hens was killed by a neighbors cat, when the cat came back the next day head stuck his head into the run and the hens pecked his eye out. The cat died, the neighbor called animal conyrol about what the chickens did, and they fined my neighbor for his cat attacking my hens. justice was...
