How Much to Pay for Sears and Roebuck Redwood Incubator?

Anything's possibe, for sure. But, he was quite chatty, friendly and told me what he was planning to do with it. He also made suggestions on where to find others, what issues to look for, etc. I got the impression he was honest.

Well, I just called him to say, "I'll take it." He said he and his wife decided to keep it. On goes the search.

How Much to Pay for Sears and Roebuck Redwood Incubator?

I'm looking at a Sears and Roebuck Incubator, 8 trays tall. It's in excellent condition, and had the thermostat and ?fan? replaced in February. He wants $300 and won't budge on the price. I know it's not a steal, but it is reasonable? I can't seem to find another one around here, so I don't...

    Name these breeds, please!

Since she doesn't seem to be a chicken lady herself, I thought I'd add that "oegb" is an Old English Game Bird and a cockerel is a young male. Good luck with your ILs, momileigh.

    Fowl Pox? Pics Included

If all the spots looked like the back of the RIRs comb, I would have assumed it was pecking injuries. But, the cochin's eye has a spot on it, the RIR has a small spot on it's ear, and a dot of 'wart' or 'pock' on it's comb side (dark spot in photo). And, well, whatever is wrong with that...
