    Buff Orp chicks, 2 weeks old, always wet...

    Raising my chicks with recent Pekin duck hatchlings... of course the ducks make a mess, play in their water etc... which makes my chicks wet almost all the time. It is 90 out here in New Orleans, so I'm not worried about temps, what else should I worry about... maybe fungus? I could separate...

    My Pekins came with little brown right leg bracelets. They look like they'll expand and fall off as the ducks grow, but I was wondering why, and should I remove them myself? -Pete
