I am new to Goose raising, but at an auction over the weekend i won my bid on what was described as Embden goslings. On reading about them etc, i found that Embden have blue eye's. My 4 week old goslings don't have blue eye's, could they be another breed or do they change color as they mature?

We have 9 hens and a Rooster, 7 hens are Rhode Island and 2 are Red Rock Cross. For the first part of last year (their first) they all lived happierly with each other and showed no problems. During winter we noticed feather loss, and put it down to molting orginally. But then it went from 1 hen...
