This is my first time trying to hatch and I have 200 GG eggs coming today. I turned on the incubator 2 days ago and the temp flucuates from 95 to 99.7. Will this affect the hatch or is this normal?

Right now I have 45 Ga. Giants about 9 weeks old. Is there a way to tell what sex they are right now, and when they start laying how often do they lay? egg a day? every other day?
