Excellent, thank you both so much. I am a HUGE canner, both pressure and water bath, I try to put up enough canned goods to last us a year, give or take. The article on pickling the eggs is awesome, thank you again.- oregonkat

Can these be pickled for long term storage, i.e not in the fridge? Can they be hot water bathed to vacuum seal?- oregonkat
