Australorps do come from Orpingtons, but they are their own true breed with their own distinct standard. Among the differences is a straight tail shape without the big cushion saddle look that Orpingtons have, and closer feathering.- SourRoses

Not an Orpington, the tail is very different. I do think she's Lavender, the shaded hackle & saddle with fine lines is something Lavenders with weak feather quality share. She actually reminds me a bit of an Australorp in body shape. I'm guessing this was someone's project, perhaps Lavender...- SourRoses
