It sounds like you may be very happy with a Leghorn/Ameraucana cross. They have the laying power and foraging abilities of a leghorn but lay big blue eggs. They are petite like a leghorn. A BYC member Dmrippy sells hatching eggs, here is the link...
How many weeks? Im no expert but it looks like a pullet to me. Comb is pale, thin legs, no red on the shoulders. The coloring is a bit splotchy though . . ?

Update on my now 6 week old leghron/Ameraucana cross. tail is looking a bit more girly. Comb is still about the same shade of pink and has grown a bit. No wattles to speak of. This one definitely doesnt act like a roo either. Im still keeping my fingers crossed . . .
Thanks, I actually got the eggs from DMRippy and she just recommended same as you, wait and see. All her hatchmates were so obvious as roos I gave them away at 2-3 weeks.
