Australia - Six states..and that funny little island.
I use a brinsea brooder in a dog cage with fly screen secured around it. Also has a 'tent' that covers the cage. The brinsea is expensive, but draws bugger all electricity and doesn't burn chicks, only gives the heat underneath. A few pics to show my brood from last Christmas No need for...- nat1981
