From yesterday, clouds covered up most of the eclipse, very few breaks in the clouds....so, not that awe inspiring but it was still cool to see the darking of the sky and got a 2 second glimpse of the 'diamond ring' and the the Corona about 3 times. A small plane was flying over where I was...

I'm in Igram. The eclipse is just starting. Pictures to follow! Pretty cloudy but there are breaks every now and then.

I'm going to Kerrville, leaving tomorrow, have/ had reservations at an B&B for over a year now! Even if the clouds don't part, we will still have a 'twilight show' in the middle of the day! Hope, the weatherpeeps are wrong....besides, God shows us things in the heavens for a reason, so he won't...

So, I thought winter was over....47*F this morning!:eek:could be worse, could be in the Panhandle and snow! or El Paso!

We got a little over an inch, all night and day. It would come a real short shower every hour or every other hour....maybe 3 to 5 minutes in duration.

Thunderstorms came through around 1am. Not much rain, lots of thunder and lighting.

I shipped some Red Golden eggs to Arizona, for a school project.The power went out for 3 days at the school (weekend) Still 2 eggs hatched, they called them Lucky 1 and Lucky 2. :D

The buss fuze hasn't tripped, those lines are still "hot"!

Never thought about weather, that way! But I guess if we're in a drought and it rains....that's a gift. If it's 115°F and a cool front comes through, that's a gift! If it snowed 2' and the next day it's 70°F, that's a gift! 🤔

All might not be loss....there will most likely be some that will still hatch! 🙏
