    Another plus of Scratch & Peck: I have used it to grow fodder. It sprouts (as long as it isn't the starter as the seeds are cut/ground up).

    Which is why I make a mash or ferment. They eat that ALL up. Nothing leftover, no picking.

    I feed Scratch & Peck both dry and fermented. I don't think there are many peas in it at all. It is powdery because of the added vitamins, etc., but I just dump what's left in the "dry" feeders either into the fermenting jars or I make a mash out of it. I have been VERY pleased with the...
