I can see why you thought it might be MS, it does look like some of the pictures I’ve seen online, luckily though I’m 99% sure it’s not since the rest of the flock is fine and it’s just that spot on the foot. It was a really good suggestion though, I didn’t even think of that!

If we have to cut what would be the best way to go about it, and is there any nerves etc we should be concerned about hitting in a chickens foot.

I don’t think it’s MS, no other parts of her body are swelling. Her one foot is the only part swollen, and her legs not affected. Also, I believe MS is contagious and none of our other chickens have shown any signs of swelling whatsoever.

Currently it’s just the foot, it’s mostly swollen on the top
