For the life of me I cannot see through these Cream Legbar eggs! They are just really dark - and I was using my husband’s really bright led flashlight. Am I doing something wrong? Has anyone else had this problem?

TOMORROW I get my Cream Legbar eggs. TODAY my broody decided to stop being broody. She is still doing the broody cluck, but roosted in the rafters of the coop tonight. Some other hen was in her nest box, so maybe that made her roost elsewhere? 😠 I am quite put out right now.
