That's so funny. Cause every time I grab the net off the hook mine all go running. It's my way of getting them all in for bed at night if they don't go in on their own
@Hinotori so I decided to put two eggs that are on day 19 under her instead of waiting for them to hatch, so I will see what happens. I didn't realize she laid another egg and not sure when cause I thought I gathered the last one on Monday, so once these two hatch I will just toss the one.
What do you all think about this + I have a silkie that is broody about 2 weeks now if I put a couple chicks under her that just hatched will she accept them - I have some due to hatch in a day or so
UGGH my silkie hen Princess is broody again. She's ridiculous. She doesn't even care if she has an egg. I try to get her off the nest and she growls at me. >)
