Had knee pain while squatting this am so added some gentle stretches to the end of my session.
Glad the next block is deload (still high reps but much lower weight), feels like the timing is right
Good morning! Today’s extra will be tearing down an old chain link fence and helping install a new wood framed hog panel fence. I am strictly providing grunt labor 🤣
No we had a thermal copy machine, the kind with the huge roll of shiny paper 😂
It was very gratifying when all the columns balanced but I sure don’t miss the time spent finding mistakes
More work on the shed today, it’s getting more complicated and frustrating because the pre cut wood is not always straight. So attach roof panels, then remove them when the last piece doesn’t line up etc.
Plugging away though bit by bit. One day we will have a shed coop we can walk into :old 🔨
The only cardio I really like is riding my bike. Need to get back on it
That’s the gym you want! People are there to workout, not socialize or pick up people. I trained at a strength gym before lockdown and I LOVED it.
