Feeding layer feed to baby chicks will compromise their kidneys (way too much calcium) and lead to malnourishment because of protein deficiency. Which will make them susceptible to diseases of all kinds.

You can call and ask for the exact proceedings, price etc.
Some more questions:
Did you lately add some more chickens of other origins to your flock?
Did you or your neighbours put out some rat/mice poison lateley?
Could they have gotten into some antifreezing agent or similar?
The symptoms you described hint to Marek's Disease or Avian Leukosis, both causing a multitude of different symptoms such as paralysis of one or two legs/wings, emaciation, diarrhea etc. Sadly, both are most often deadly.
The best way to know what exactly you are dealing with, would be to send...
Did you check their feed for milling date, mould etc.? Mouldy feed can lead to severe symptoms of intoxication, wry neck, diarrhea etc.
How many chickens have you left and are they healthy or do they also show symptoms of illness?
Has she ever laid an egg?
Having lost a lot of weight makes me doubt that she is egg bound, egg bound hens usually die within a few days of not being able to pass the egg, which leaves no time to emaciate.
In the last picture her crop appears very swollen. Can you feel if her crop is hard like a ball or rather soft and squishy?
How does her poop look? Some pictures would be helpful.
Did you ever deworm your chickens?
Hello and welcom to the BYC cmmunity!:frow
How many chickens in total have passed, what age and what symptoms?
What exactly are you feeding them, where are they kept, have they outside access?
Were they vaccinated against Marek's Disease.
By the looks of it, she is very sick and seems likely...
