Oh bless you! 🥺 I think it is very important that your medication is sorted out for you asap. Could you see your therapist a bit more for an extra bit of support? Sometimes it is better to write a letter so you can say how you really feel, without being interrupted or getting into an argument 🙂...

I think the morale of the story is Everyone feels pain at some point, grief is awful, but it makes you appreciate life and people, it’s taught me a valuable lesson..in the blink of an eye you can be gone..grab it, appreciate it, and be happy, you are who you are ❤️
