    Umm, I don't think I posted a pic yet. How about Happy plants? I started this mango and avocado from seeds about 2-3 weeks ago. The mango is starting to get some leaves while the avocado is barely out of the ground.

    Yeah, usually easements in cities are maybe 20 feet from the property lines. But, some areas allow for variances, maybe they had an agreement with the prior owner. Still want to get it in writing to protect your property rights though.

    Only if they have eggs for her to sit on. They usually don't lay once they start setting.
