Once again, I didn't claim in my original post that it worked as a wormer. I was stating that some people have claimed it works. I have only used it for my chickens in their food a handful of times and use a different worming method 2 times a year.
I was just claiming it personally works for...
I've had good luck with it for lice and mites personally, not saying it works for everyone. I also didn't claim it worked for worming chickens, I've only put it in their food a handful of times. I use a different worming method. I was just stating that some people say it works, but I didn't...
**Edited to add because I guess what I originally posted about DE wasn't clear:
I have personally used it as a dust for my chickens to prevent and help with lice and mites while I also spray the coop with horse and stable permethrin spray. It has PERSONALLY worked for us, and I've heard of lots...
This is a must have for our front livestock gate. Not only for the chickens but for all of our other animals in the front 3 acres. Wouldn't hurt to have one for the back gate as well for our bigger livestock area...
These boots were actually given to me as gift last year, so I definitely think it would be a great gift idea for someone that raises chickens! They are surprisingly very durable and have lasted through mud, snow, and ice. They still look brand new when I wipe them down because of the material...
This metal sign would be really cute to hang on one of my coops! :love

We have had a good experience with these rent-a-coop waterers. We attached them to 5 gallon buckets and they work well, we had to add silicone in some spots but they don't leak bad if you drill the right size holes...
I think these toys/accessories would be something fun to put in the coop or outside. I'd be curious to see whether they used everything or not!

We are getting some hen saddles for 2 of our hens that are "favorites". They haven't lost too many feathers on their backs but I don't want it to get bad especially before breeding season next year...
We definitely could use a good plucker machine versus plucking by hand for next year. I don't mind plucking by hand but when you're doing 50+ birds at a time it isn't super fun. My hands would definitely thank me if I get one. Lol...
Medicine isn't necessarily the first thing you think about for a Christmas gift, but honestly you gotta have it! Here is a link to Corid, the liquid kind (Amprolium). I always keep this for preventative of coccidiosis and use it to treat if needed. This is very essential to every chicken owner...
I know there have been other people linking the NR360, but there is a reason why! This incubator has hatched hundreds of chicks for us and definitely paid itself off very quickly. Even though we have a bigger incubator now, I usually always use this one as well and especially when I'm hatching...
I know these are just boxes, but when I'm selling a lot of chicks during chick season, I always go through small boxes so fast!
