when i open the alerts pop-up, the number of alerts go away however, the little circle underneath doesnt, unless i click open the alert but i think the quoted post alert doesnt go away unesls i open it, even though ive already read it

yeah I can only tell when its read/unread when i hover over it

i saw the differences now when i opened the alerts it didnt mark them as read, bu t the number of alerts went away :hmm it showed the change before i cleared my cache and cookies, but its the same after i cleared

i have it set so it doenst mark read when i open the popup or te alerts page, so it only marks read when i click it but with the article ones, it doenst go away even if i click it only if i mark it read

same, i only have it with the article ones not the profile posts or anything else
