    Never heard of Moringa. NZ spinach seed can be bought just about anywhere. Beware, it takes about 3 weeks to germinate, and needs to be started early so it can gain decent size before transplanting it out.

    Have a new bouquet on my kitchen table: Very stylish mason jar vase with stems of New Zealand Spinach. I harvest the always fresh leaves for my sandwiches. When those stems are "worn out", I'll dump them and get some fresh ones! NZ spinach is becoming one of my favorite summer greens.

    Sent home a bag of cukes and dill with my "cold packer friend". A DIY pickle kit! Picked 3 Zucchini this morning. 2 will be grated, and one will be sliced and blanched for freezer. Blue Lakes are almost ready for picking.
