One of my best hatches ever for chicks! 20 eggs went into lockdown and 17 have hatched so far. One more egg just pipped a couple of hours ago and should hatch by evening. 90% hatch if the last one makes it. :wee

We had misty rain most of the day yesterday. It filled a rain barrel. This morning it's more of the same but it should be ending this morning. Everything is turning green up here from the snow and moisture we've had the last few weeks. :wee

I It's a Bushnell that I got from Amazon. I think it was around $100 but they had a lot cheaper ones than that. I just went with a name brand since it was recommended. I was surprised at how easy it was to set up and use.

Looks like your hen is having a hard molt. They are beautiful birds when fully feathered. We've been having a lot of fun with our new trail cam. Never knew what all came around here at night until now.

I miss having my beautiful peacock! But I'm sure he's happy with lots of peahens now. :hmm
