I have a hen, a year old. She is laying eggs, not mated with anyone. Since last 2 weeks she is having a wrey neck, plus flu and now bubbles are coming out of her mouth. And since last 2 days she is not eating very well...
I do give her Apple Cider Vinegar in her water, I also give her proper feed, and mix seeds including sunflower seeds but she is not able to eat them properly. She's active and playful...
PLEASE HELP!!!

Where are you located? Wry neck in addition to a respiratory illness could be something serious like coryza, Newcastles Disease, avian influenza, or others. If you are in the US, you are more likely to see mycoplasma (MG) or coryza, but there have been some bird flu cases on poultry farms in Tennessee and another state. I would isolate her from other birds, and try to get some antibiotics in case it is bacterial. Tylan50 and 200 (tylosin,) are available for injecting into the breast muscle or giving orally, and in some countries you can still get sulfa antibiotics or oxytetracycline to treat in the water. In the US we can only get most drugs from a vet now. Check her crop to make sure that it is not impacted or sour, since that can cause vomiting, but the bubbles sound more like they are coming from her sinuses. Feed her plenty of water by dipping her beak or holding a small cup to her beak.
