chicken allergy

So, I have really fallen in love with my little flock. However, I think that I am kinda allergic to their dander. My sinus problems have been here since I got them. Currently, I do sinus rinses and take Zyrtec. Does anyone have any other tricks or allergy pill preferences that can help this?
