Hello,
I have a Little Giant Still air bator that I used on my first hatch last year (yield of 2 out of 12, but they were shipped eggs), and from what I remember, the temp stayed pretty steady and within normal range, obviously enough so that I got some chickens.
Anyway, my hens just started...
So I am incubating for the first time. Doing coturnix quail eggs. Today is day 2 but I noticed yesterday at some point the temp got to 107! I fixed it but is there any hope? Are the eggs cooked? I only have 20 eggs in. I have been keep track of the temp the past 3 days before I put eggs in and...
I woke up this morning and found that the temperature in the incubator was over 40c! I got it back to the right temp now but i was wondering if they'll be ok, it could've been above 40c for 5 hours max. Should i be worried?
