    Help should I be concerned about poop stuck to my baby chicks butt

    Should I be concerned about a piece of poop stuck to my 5 day old chicks butt, it’s not pasty butt but I fear if I leave it, it may turn into pasty butt, how do I get it off I tried a wet paper towel but it did not come off and I don’t want to pull it off cause it may hurt the chick plz help. :(

    What is your daily routine?

    I've only had my flock of six for a week and I'm curious as to how everyone takes care of their birds. I change out their water and make sure they have food. I do a head count and make sure the coop is still okay. Am I supposed to look for mites everyday? Check their crops everyday? Etc.

    Chick feed

    I get my first chicks soon and wondered if the was okay to feed them. They'll be day old chicks. It says on the label to feed them this until they are 10-12 weeks old. I was wondering what you would then feed them after that?? Thank you
