plants safe for quail

I am planning to plant some stuff for my button quail to play and hide in (and probably nibble on) and wondered what's safe. I was thinking some grass, parsley, spearmint, clover, kale and maybe some flowers. Please tell me if my ideas are not safe or healthy, and I would love to hear what you...
