rooster and hens

My bielefelder rooster cuddling with my pullets there 3 weeks old Welsummers and Cuckoo Moran. I have to keep him inside still cause it has been a really cold April.

My cuckoo is my rooster’s favorite hen. He’s pretty good with all the girls, but she is pretty much bald. No sores. What can I do to combat this?
