"More like marking them for someone else to find, I don't like you very much and I do not trust you at all, if anyone, it's your tail that's gonna be in a knot. Now lets go, no need to hang by the borders"

Sandpiper sniffed the tree. A putrid scent she'd never smelled before met her nostrils and she drew back in disgust. Looking around and finding nothing, she trotted reluctantly into camp. She must tell someone about this new wolf.

Quote:

The wolf stirred gently and her eyes cracked open. A bird was perched about 10 feet above her head in a tree and singing his heart out. She groaned and turned over. She had grown weaker and weaker and had not been able to catch prey, and her stomach was singing a mournful song of starvation.
She rose as best she could, very wobbly, and walked a few steps. How her head hurt! A massive headache had ambushed her during the night and now she wasn't sure she could walk. She vomited nothing but stomach acid in the bushes and fell back unconscious, this time only a few feet from the main clearing of Snowpack.

Something rustled ominously in the bushes beside Chickadee.
(Here ya' go!)
