He/she is bearded (polish), so sexing by comb or wattles won’t work. 12wks old. Judging by crest, I think “he” is starting to look like a pullet? 98402AFF-12CB-44F7-A284-534A095B834F.jpeg 4151D731-5ED2-4267-BBC2-DDF98555983C.jpeg 3F0499D0-7182-42B9-9076-BF77EE59BB77.jpeg 4151D731-5ED2-4267-BBC2-DDF98555983C.jpeg 475B97A5-A367-4E04-8D6C-813DEE2014F4.jpeg 514EDF1F-2D39-40BE-A3CB-7F4B794A1926.jpeg 86803F29-F5C5-446D-BB39-90D310290781.jpeg

I don't very much about polish, but I'd go with hen

I'd say hen. There is no wattles.

How old? Looks like a pullet now, if it starts get wild streamers and looks like a rock star, then it has morphed into a cockerel.

This is my 4th polish. first time with a silver laced though. they're seriously the nicest birds. every time i bend over in the coop one jumps up on my back, shoulder, lap etc. they loveeee attention... almost too much! hahah

I don't know how I got to this thread... but, I am curious as to if it turned out to be female or not. We have a bird with a very similar conundrum, started out with wild hair when it first started, but smoothed into that. So, how's (s)he doing?
